The original, Reliant Aircraft Service, Inc. a full Aircraft Maintenance Company, was founded by Wayne Toher in 1981.  In 1988 Phil Kelsey joined Wayne in Reliant Air Charter, Inc. in developing a signature air carrier with Jet and Turboprop aircraft. 

Historically, Reliant Air operated many deferent aircraft types. From Aerostar’s, Navajo’s and Barons; to King air 90s and Cheyenne’s. The Reliant Air fleet has continued to evolve over the past 35 years to best adapt to changes in the industry.
